duu.to is a smart-link platform built for musicians and music creators. By using the service, you agree to the following:
- You will not impersonate another artist, label, or entity.
- You will not create campaigns for music you do not have the rights to distribute.
- You will not use duu.to to distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- You will not attempt to manipulate click data or abuse the tracking system.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload — artwork, text, and links. By uploading content, you grant duu.to a non-exclusive license to display it on your campaign pages and generate social share previews.
Copyright infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on duu.to without authorization, please submit a DMCA takedown notice. See our DMCA Policy for details.
Service availability
duu.to is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of liability
duu.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Click data is provided for informational purposes and may not be 100% accurate due to browser behavior, ad blockers, or network issues.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
