Filing a takedown notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on duu.to without authorization, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@duu.to with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL of the duu.to campaign page containing the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing campaign page.
- Notify the account holder who posted the content.
- Provide the account holder an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
Counter-notice
If you believe your campaign was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@duu.to containing:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the removed content and its original URL.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
duu.to reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, at our sole discretion.
